Our unoaked Chardonnay is hand picked and whole bunch pressed on our traditional Coquard press then Fermented at 12 degrees celcius to retain its fresh fruitful character.
This unoaked Chardonnay has a summery fruit charachter an elegant wine packed with Apricot, Melon and Pear flavours to produce a soft rounded wine.
