Our Chardonnay is hand picked and whole bunch pressed on our traditional Coquard press then Fermented at 12 degrees celcius to retain its fresh fruitful character.
This unoaked Chardonnay has a summery fruit charachter an elegant wine packed with Apricot, Melon and Pear flavours to produce a soft rounded wine.
