Our Chardonnay is hand picked and  whole bunch pressed on our traditional Coquard press then Fermented at 12 degrees celcius to retain its fresh fruitful character.
This Chardonnay is  beautifully blended by Stephen Collopy and Ian Phillips to create a seamless array of  notes from vanilla and cream to fresh melon and citrus.Our flagship wine
