Our Pinot Noir Rosé is hand picked and  whole bunch pressed on our traditional Coquard press then Fermented at 12 degrees celcius to retain its fresh fruitful character. This deicate Pinot Noir Rosé has a lively fruity palate with cherries, and wild strawberries and a fresh lingering finish.
