2020 created a truly special Bacchus. This Reserve Bacchus had a ferment that was held as long as possible and has created this very special vintage.
The often quoted phrase "English hedgerows" used to describe Bacchus perfectly suits the array of quintessential English aromas and tastes that are contained in this bottle. Elderflower, mint and honneysuckle all are present in this special vinage. A particularly slow call ferment has bought about this depth of flavour. A remarkable wine.
