The three classic varities or Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnnay are handpicked for our sparkling wine. Galleywood estates iconic gravity flow winery uses the traditional champenoise method and ages its bottle fermented wines for a minimum of three years on the lees.
 
Galleywood Brut sparkles with life as it is poured. Complex aromas of apple, citrus, almond and freshly baked brioche are followed by a velvety palate, with a rich buttery taste, that has an underlying fruitiness and delicate persistant bubbles.
